Notes

  • Follow up power's Range is Personal and Area of Effect is 100' Burst.
  • The debuff from the ability lasts ~10 seconds or until the second part of the ability is activated.
  • The stun from this ability lasts less than a second.
  • The first and second portion of this ability are treated independently when considering the Stealth condition. For example, if one were to throw the dagger while not stealthed, then used the second part of the ability while stealthed, the STEALTHED description of the second part of the ability would take effect, stunning the target.

Bugs

  • In spite of the ability stating otherwise, neither part of this ability breaks control effects. An animation of the Impossible to Catch power appears (the character turns glossy black), but the ability cannot be activated while controlled. It is unclear whether this is a tooltip error or an ability error, but given the Impossible to Catch animation, it is likely the latter.
