The Travelling Merchant is an NPC on the Guild Stronghold Map. She only appears at the Stronghold after the Guild Hall is upgraded to Rank 10, and is located near The Generalist and The Artisan.
The Travelling Merchant sells various Masterwork Profession Resources.
