Description:	Shield Throw now bounces to up to three nearby enemies dealing 10% less damage to the second target, 20% less damage to the third target, and 30% less damage to the fourth target. Powers that deal damage to multiple enemies gain a 10% chance when striking more than one target to allow the use of Shield Throw regardless of the power's cooldown and without triggering a cooldown. This does not apply to Shield Throw.
