The objective of the Relic Hunt contest is to find as many Lost Relics throughout the Tower District map in 15 minutes.

Speak to Kynorath Greybeard in the Neverwinter Guard Post to learn more about the Relic Hunt Contest. The first time you talk to him about it, he will give you a quest (Hunting the Relics) that is fulfilled when you first participate in the contest. The quest is not needed to participate in the event, however.
