Adventurer, the Master of Coin and I have been talking. Perhaps you can help us!
Our Stronghold is in need of able workers. The Master of Coin learned there are many refugees escaping from the recent demonic troubles in the Underdark and thought some of them might be prepared to work here. Many of them will have useful skills and we can pay them well.
I've heard that many of these refugees made their way into the mountains for the Winter Festival. Would you go up there and see if you can persuade any refugees to help us build the Stronghold?

Great work, Adventurer! The first of the refugees have started to arrive, and not a moment too soon, either, we have a lot of work ahead of us.
Some of them brought valuable belongings with them and asked that they be added to the coffers. These new arrivals will be a great benefit to the Stronghold.
