Recovering Reconstruction is a quest in the Elemental Evil Campaign.

- Recover stolen Construction Supplies and then help with some Reconstruction in Helm's Hold.

The cultists are forcing the people of Helm's Hold to continue our reconstruction of the keep. Brother Satarin says it is because they wish to use us as a fortress.That makes sense, but what doesn't is that the cultists are also stealing supplies from the workers, making their task even harder.
Can you recover construction supplies from the cultists, then help our workers with some of the reconstruction? We're going to kick these cultists out, and when we do, I want Helm's Hold to be even more glorious than it once was.

There is a total of eleven repair points available for this quest. Nine can be found within the circle, on the scaffolding around where you picked up the supplies. The other two are well outside the northern edge of the circle:
- On the bridge opposite the secret entrance to the Cathedral of Helm at (982, 1971).
- Across the bridge, in the little curved area populated by plague victims, on a beam supporting a walkway attached to the wooden wall at (818, 2025).
