Punishing Light is a Channel Divinity power usable by Devoted Clerics. It is available to them at level 10.

Power Description

Hold button to channel divine power into a destructive beam.

How to Use

Enter Into Divine mode by pressing (default) tab, this will only work after they have introduced the "Divine System" you will know that you are in Divine mode when the plus signs on the left of the aiming receptacle has turned blue (instead of the orange it normally is) then you just hold down the left mouse button and aim at an enemy.

Replaces an at-will while in divine mode.

Channel your divine power, dealing radiant damage over time to target enemy. Channel ends upon release or when divine power is depleted.
