Overload enchantment

Overload enchantments are enchantments that fit into their own personal Overload enhancement slots. Overload Slots, were introduced in Module 3: Curse of Icewind Dale but were removed from gear and added to the Enhancement page in Module 22.

Overload enchantments cannot be refined, and vanish when their timers run out. The timer runs only in-combat. Note that there is currently a bug which makes some Overloads never vanish. [[

Also introduced in Strongholds were Slayer and Ward enchantments that cause you to deal extra damage / take less damage from a specific class of enemy.

Black Ice Enchantments

Black ice overload enchantments are earned from Kessell's Retreat reward chests, and from Icewind Dale Campaign task Black Ice Enchantments. Also you can craft them at the Black Ice Forge within Caer-Konig.

	Corrupt Black Ice Enchantment	When dealing damage you have a 25% chance to empower yourself with Corrupt Black Ice, granting 300/800 Power for 8 seconds. Additionally you generate .5/1.25% of your AP each second while affected by this buff. This effect can only trigger once every 70 seconds.
	Corrupt Lethal Enchantment	When dealing damage you have a chance to empower yourself with Corrupt Black Ice, granting 300/800 Critical Strike for 8 seconds. Additionally you generate .5/1.25% of your AP each second while affected by this buff. This effect can only trigger once every 70 seconds.
	Corrupt Piercing Enchantment	When dealing damage you have a chance to empower yourself with Corrupt Black Ice, granting 300/800 Armor Penetration for 8 seconds. Additionally you generate .5/1.25% of your AP each second while affected by this buff. This effect can only trigger once every 70 seconds.
	Purified Black Ice Enchantment	When taking damage you have a chance to reinforce yourself with Purified Black Ice, granting 300/800 Defense for 8 seconds. Additionally you gain 2000/5500 Temporary Hit Points while affected by this buff. This effect can only trigger once every 70 seconds.
	Purified Restoration Enchantment	When taking damage you have a chance to reinforce yourself with Purified Black Ice, granting 300/800 Life Steal for 8 seconds. Additionally you gain 2000/5500 Temporary Hit Points while affected by this buff. This effect can only trigger once every 70 seconds.
	Purified Tempered Enchantment	When taking damage you have a chance to reinforce yourself with Purified Black Ice, granting 300/800 Deflect for 8 seconds. Additionally you gain 2000/5500 Temporary Hit Points while affected by this buff. This effect can only trigger once every 70 seconds.

• Used to be crafted in Black Ice Shaping in order to make lesser and greater versions until it was discontinued.

Draconic Glyph Enchantments

Lesser Draconic Glyphs are quite rare, only coming from Dragon Scale Merchant within Protector's Enclave. Greater Draconic Glyphs are obtained from Abyssal Hunts with the Denied modifier, The Shores of Tuern Skirmish, Lair of Lostmauth Dungeon, and Rise of Tiamat Trial.

	Black Dragon Glyph	When dealing damage you have a 25% chance to gain Aspect of Acid for 20 seconds, granting 400/800 Critical Strike and causing your damaging powers to deal 600/900 additional damage as Acid damage over 6 seconds. This damage can stack up to 3 times.
	Blue Dragon Glyph	When dealing or taking damage you have a 25% chance to gain Aspect of Lightning for 20 seconds, granting 400/800 Defense and causing targets that hit you to take 400/600 Lightning damage.
	Green Dragon Glyph	When dealing or taking damage you have a 25% chance to gain Aspect of Poison for 20 seconds, granting 400/800 Deflect and causing you to radiate poison, dealing 200/300 Poison damage every 2 seconds to foes within 30'. When Aspect of Poison ends, foes within 30' take 2000/3000 Poison damage.
	Red Dragon Glyph	When dealing damage you have a 25% chance to gain Aspect of Flames for 20 seconds, granting 400/800 Armor Penetration and causing your damaging powers to deal 400/600 additional damage as Fire damage.
	White Dragon Glyph	When dealing damage or healing your allies you have a 25% chance to gain Aspect of Ice for 20 seconds, granting 400/800 Power and increasing your Healing by 7/10% when healing your allies.

Appointment Enchantments

Appointment overload enchantments are purchased with Token of Challenge within the Challenge Tab from the Appointment Event Vendor.

Slayer Enchantments

Slayer Enchantments can be bought at The Gemmonger in the Guild Stronghold Marketplace. They come in rank 1 and rank 2 varieties. Slayer enchants can also be obtained with the Denied modifier in Abyssal Hunts.
