If you follow the quest path highlighted in-game, you will reach Chadwick Stoop first. Walk into the dome of light to receive credit for scouting the location. Next, continue to follow the quest path and you will come to Thatcher Road. Again, walk into the dome of light to receive credit for scouting the location. Finally, follow the quest path again to reach Brimbleton Place and kill all enemies in the area and you will receive credit for scouting the location.
