Halflings are one of the playable races in Neverwinter since launch.

Description

In-game: Halflings are a small race known for their resourcefulness, quick wits, and steady nerves. They are a nomadic folk who roam waterway and marshlands. No people travel farther or see more of what happens in the world than halflings.

Racial traits

+2 Dexterity
+2 Charisma or +2 Constitution
Nimble Reaction: Your small stature and quick movements grant 3% chance to Deflect incoming attacks.
Bold: Your fearless nature increases your resistance to Crowd Control effects by 10%.

Quests

As a Halfling, you will periodically receive emails from Tarley Bluebell, who will point you to NPCs in various Adventure Zones who will grant you quests that are only available to Halflings.
