The Greater Corrupt Lethal Enchantment is an Enchantment that can be added to an Overload Slot on Head n' Arms. It is acquired from Kessell's Retreat reward chests, and from Icewind Dale Campaign task Black Ice Enchantments. Also you can craft them at the Black Ice Forge within Caer-Konig. It used to be acquired from completion of a task in the Black Ice Shaping Profession.
