This is a Tier III Stronghold Heroic Encounter (SH HE) and the one I find easiest to solo on Alts, at least tose who can move fast, tumble, dodge etc. Most of the others need a party (I think Bickering Beholders is the hardest).
Resonance Stones no longer exist in the game, they have all been superceded by Enchanting Stones of a single type, rank 3 to 6. I do not recall seeing any Enchants dropping, but it is possible sometimes to get outdated BoP Companion Gear.
The Influence rewarded depends on whether you do it as the first HE of the day (150 Influence) or the fifth (20 Influence). Influence rewards diminish with the number you do, 150, 120, 75, 35, 20 for the daily cap of 400. So the most time-effective thing is to do three SH HEs for 345 Influence, as you can then claim 20 Adventurer's Shards of Power from the Ranger's quest (make sure you pick up his quest first!)
But the interesting thing is, if it is the first Tier III SH HE of the day, you also get 10 Heroic Shards of Power. This is true of any of the Tier III HEs, but I find that this one is easier to do solo. Running a second and third Tier III will gain the appropriate amount of Influence but not award any Heroic Shards.
