Hello there. Are you the one the higher ups sent to help me clean up this mess?
Well, let me fill you in: the situation in Blacklake is bad. These "Sons of Alagondar" have driven off most of the citizenry, but some refuse to leave their homes. The Nashers responded by boarding them up in therem robbing anyone in the street and setting fire to buildings. The first thing we're going to need to do is rescue any trapped citizens we can find.

- Head northwest to the intersection.
- Head north until the road turns, avoiding or fighting Nashers as you go.
- Warning: An Enforcer spawns frequently in a room with missing walls along the way.
- Turn east and clear the barricade off the door.
- Evacuate Citizens (1/4)
- Head northwest from there through the trees and clear another barricade from a door.
- Evacuate Citizens (2/4)
- Head southwest and return to the road.
- Follow the road west until it turns south.
- Head southwest through the dead trees.
- Turn north and clear another barricade from a door.
- Evacuate Citizens (3/4)
- Return to the road and proceed south to the first intersection.
- Turn east and walk to the final barricade and clear it from the door.
- Return to Neverember's Scout in the Blacklake District
- Continue southeast to the intersection.
- Proceed east to the next intersection.
- Head southwest and then east to turn in the quest to Scout Stone.
