Demonic Escape is a Demonic Heroic Encounter that can appear in Stronghold, Dread Ring, Icewind Pass, Dwarven Valley, or Well of Dragons. The difficulty and rewards scale with number of participants. 1 or 2 players is Bronze, 3 to 5 players is silver, and 6+ players is gold. If 9 or more players participate, a Demonic Overload Heroic Encounter will spawn after completion of the Demonic Escape Heroic Encounter.

A portal has opened to a nearby city and the demons are trying to get into it!
Prevent the demons from reaching the portal!
Steps[ | ]
- Defend against demons for 5:00
Encounter[ | ]
To complete this encounter the demons must be prevented from entering the portal for 5:00. If too many demons escape into the portal, the encounter fails. Most mobs will stop to attack players attacking them, but periodically an Enraged Barlgura will spawn that will head straight to the portal unless killed.
