Common Cause is a meta-quest that sends your character to a random zone from among those zones that you have unlocked in the campaign. It requires you to complete a daily heroic encounter and one of the "standard" daily quests for that zone. If your character is Level 60, it also requires that the daily lair quest is completed.

Harper Boward
The Cult of the Dragon has managed to accomplish the seemingly impossible: they've united the Harpers, the Emerald Enclave, the Lords' Alliance, the Order of the Gauntlet, and the Zhentarim together in a common cause. These groups are normally competitors at best and enemies at worst, but the danger posed by the Cult has forced us to overlook many divisive issues so we can counter Severin and his Cultists.
The Harpers are acting as the coordinators of this "alliance" of convenience. I have a few tasks I'd like you to undertake to aid the cause.
