Pelendethas Everstride
The redcaps are merely a part of Malabog's army, acting in accordance to the formorian king's word and whim. Yet even a dark fey king has subordinates that he must speak through.
In the deeper parts of the blighted woods you will find cyclops servants loyal to Malabog, tasking with relaying the fomorian king's orders to the redcaps. Slay these cyclopses, so that Malabog's voice will not reach as many redcap ears.
