The Fallen Tower Tavern is the building located behind Sergeant Creed in the Tower District.
Inside the tavern you will find the Barmaid who will give you the quest "TOPPING OFF".
This is a side quest you can take as soon as you arrive in the Tower District for which you will receive copper and XP.

- Take the Beer Mugs from the bar and deliver them to 5 thirsty patrons.

Hey, got a minute? I've got orders to fill and my server's disappeared on me. The tavern's packed today and I don't have time to be running around bringing people drinks. If you can deliver these beers for me, I'll make it worth your while.

- Take Mugs from the Bar.
- Deliver Mugs to Patrons (5).
- Return to the Barmaid.

- Take Mugs from the Bar.
- The Mugs will appear on the bar near you. Interact with them to pick them up.
- Deliver Mugs to Patrons.
- Walk around the Tavern and interact with anyone with a milestone marker over their head and offer them another beer.
- Return to the Barmaid
- Turn in the quest.
