Finally, someone reached Windcall Temple. I've got plenty of targets in there that could stand to stop breathing... or whatever air elementals do to survive.
The air archons are militant creatures from the Elemental Plane of Air. Many of them serve Yan-C-Bin, Prince of Evil Air.
Windshear is a higher-ranking air archon, and has led many successful attacks against our allies. Take out Windshear at all costs!

You've returned! I guess the martial prowess of Windshear is just a lot of hot air. Heh.
In all seriousness, losing Windshear will break the organization of the air archons. The best way to strike at a large enemy is to throw them into chaos.
Speaking of chaos... you should speak with Marshal Rhaegos. He just discovered the slaadi in Windcall Temple. Of course, the Zhentarim knew about it for a while now... happy to hear he finally got the word.
