Pirri the Swift
Rastari is a cloud giant talented with their special brand of air magic. He sometimes uses it to create a fog to disguise the movements of the Howling Hatred cultists.
This cannot be allowed to continue. Rastari must be eliminated. Head to Thunderhead Reach and take care of him.
