The Order of the Gauntlet is a new organization composed of paladins and clerics of Tyr, Helm, Torm and Hoar. They have banded together to make common cause against the evils besetting the world.

The Order would be a powerful ally in the struggle ahead, so it would be wise to foster good relations with them. I understand that a member of the Order, Loban Nightshield, is currently striving against dark forces in the Ebon Downs. Travel there and offer Loban your aid. Complete any task he might have for you and then return to me here.

A host of undead infest these downs, but the greatest threat comes from a contingent of shadar-kai that are involved in unspeakable rituals in the Silverwisp Swamp. I am well equipped to face the undead, but I would be grateful if you could deal with some of the shadar-kai.
