Neverember's Recruitment is a periodic event first introduced in Module 15, The Heart of Fire. It is currently the event that lasts for the longest time (5 weeks).
Characters created during the event receive 
[Neverember's Incentives] from the adventurer's reward boxes. In the original event, they also came from completing tasks in the Acquisitions Incorporated Campaign. Each account cannot earn more than 200 Incentives, and a single character cannot earn more than 100. This currency can be spent on various bound to account rewards, such as 
[Improved Bag of Holding], refinement items, 
[Companion Upgrade Token], and more.
In addition to that, the adventurer's reward boxes give bonus rewards that are bound to character, like 
[Adventurer's XP Booster], some bags, Maze Engine Signet of Patronage, insignias, runestones, and more.
