This is a campaign task in The Cloaked Ascendancy (Campaign). It is requires a sum of 48 
[Abandoned Treasures] and 120 
[Evidence of Evil] to start. The task takes 20 seconds to complete. It can only be completed one time per character.

Learn what you can about the mysterious Gyrion by encountering his minions in the merchant district and scouting his twisted portal.
Completing this task unlocks new items in the campaign store in the River District.
