I'd like to not distract any of my soldiers with this kind of task if I can avoid it, but someone has to set that wizard straight. We need his continued support, but he can't keep selling to our enemies.

You've been selling to the frost giants, and now Bolbin knows it. He's willing to deal with you, but not while you're supplying the enemy.

It is true; I have been in communication with the frost giants, bartering the few services they would accept for information about the Winterfore artifact. After all, either side might win and I'd like to ensure my interests.
Clearly, that is no longer an option. Very well, I will cease selling to the giants, and I'll discount my wares for the dwarves, so long as I get a look at the Winterforge when they are done.
