The Hidden Pouch can be found when killing enemies while using a Tymora's Lucky Enchantment from the Tymora's Gift event. You must have the kill shot in order for a Pouch to drop.

Getting enough of Tymora's Lucky Enchantments to increase the drop percentage to over 5% means that about every 20th enemy you kill will drop a Hidden Pouch, which includes enemies killed in pvp.

The Maximum Enchantment Rank (12) gives you 6% chance to find a Hidden Pouch. Tymora's Lucky Enchantments fit into utility slots.

The pouch stacks to 100.
