The Fire Seeker's Wand is a consumable that can be bought from the Tarmalune Trade Bar Merchant. Using this wand makes all Heroic Encounters in Fiery Pit drop a Fire Mote if you have the Weapons of Fire Quest. It has 4 charges, and each charge lasts 30 minutes.
