Zoey Fargo is an NPC encountered in several quests. She is in The Tatters, Blacklake District (coordinates: 889, 2616). She has a sister named Abbey Fargo who appears in one quest with her. During the quest Close to the Crown, she follows the player and fights alongside, like an extra companion.

She leads the Nashers here in Blacklake. The leader of all the Nashers is a man named Arlon Bladeshaper. Supposedly, though, Bladeshaper hasn't been seen in a while. It's possible that Karzov has taken over all of the Nashers.
