This artifact will open a small portal to the streets of Abriymoch in the Fourth Layer of Hell. The atmosphere of Hell leaking into the Prime Material Plane causes nearby enemies to go into a frenzy and attack the portal. After a few seconds the portal stone will cause an explosion of dark power, doing massive damage in a wide radius around its focal point.
