Phileas Gram
Seals are tokens of appreciation gained by performing notable deeds. I deal in seals gained from some of the most dangerous areas in and around Neverwinter.
You can trade in your collected Seals at at any Seal Trader in exchange for special items. Seal Traders can be found at the Protector's Enclave market, or at certain camps outside the Enclave.
Remember: if you don't get lucky and find epic dungeon equipment in a treasure chest, you can always save up your seals to purchase it from me.
You can find seals for this vendor in high level content and dungeons. The seals can be exchanged for enchantments and high level equipment.
