Increases the chance that you will ignore a large amount of incoming damage.

Deflect is a Rating that increases character's Deflection Chance.

Value

Deflection Chance is based on Deflect and is calculated with the following formula:
0.01*((((playerLevel)^0.6925)+6)*(deflect/9977.011)^1)
