Cotton Scraps are a common resource gathered through Forgotten Tailoring. It was also used in the Limited Profession Forgotten Siege Defense Effort. They can also be found as loot from monsters, and in chests, skill nodes, and [Professions Booster Pack]. 20x Cotton Scraps can be bought at a Tenterground. Cotton Scraps are needed to create a [Bolt of Cotton Cloth], which is used to craft level 7-13 Control Wizard armor.
