Astral Shield is an Encounter power usable by Devoted Clerics. It is available to them after spending 50 power points.

  • Rank I: Create a shimmering shield at target location that improves the defenses of allies in its protective circle by 10%.*
  • Rank II: Damage Resist Buff +10%, Temporary Hit Points +15%
  • Rank III: Damage Resist Buff +10%, Temporary Hit Points +15%
  • Rank IV: Damage Resist Buff +10%, Temporary Hit Points +15%

Divinity Effects[edit | edit source]

Allies receive Temporary Hit Points.

Empowered[edit | edit source]

Astral Shield now consumes all stacks of Empowered to absorb a fixed amount of damage on each attack. This absorb is equal to 3% of your Maximum Hit Points for each stack consumed.

  • The shield lasts 10 seconds.

OUTDATED :

  • NOTE: The +10% from the tooltip is multiplicative rather than additive. Therefore for actual Damage Resist buff values are 20% * 1.1 for Rank 2, and (20% * 1.1) * 1.1 for Rank 3. Thus:
  • Rank II: Total Damage Resist Buff 22% (effective +2%)
  • Rank III: Total Damage Resist Buff 24.2% (effective +2.2%)
  • The Regeneration in divine mode is unaffected by Righteousness
