The Ancient Curio can be found while participating in events. While an event is running, the Disheveled Madman will have information about how to get Curios in the event.

It can be given to Disheveled Madman in Protector's Enclave in exchange for [Slayer Belt of the Xvim].

Upon obtaining an Ancient Curio for the first time you will get the quest Ancient Curiosity.
