Aelgar the Fierce is an NPC who can be found at the Neverwinter Guard Post in the Tower District. He gives the quest Driving Back the Orcs, which introduces the Orc Assault! skirmish.
He is also present on the event stand in Protector's Enclave during the Call to Arms for Orc Assault!.

Aelgar is also named as the NPC to turn in the quest Orc Bounty. However, this is a bug, as this quest is actually turned in at the (unnamed) Bounty Master near The Fallen Tower.
