The Maze Engine Campaign is a campaign, an interlocking series of quests, tasks, and rewards introduced in Module 9: The Maze Engine. The campaign can be started at level 60 and features a multi-part quest arc, interspersed with repeatable daily quests.

- Repel Demons: requires
5. You can choose between:
- Abyssal Siphoning: +5% Life Steal Severity
- Abyssal Regeneration: +400 Incoming Healing Bonus
- Defend Neverwinter: requires 10. You can choose between:
- Demonic Influence: +400 Combat Advantage Bonus
- Demonic Resilience: Control effects will now have 5% shorter duration when applied to you.
- Assault Demons: requires 15. You can choose between:
- Demonic Endurance: Your stamina regenerates 10% faster in combat.
- Demonic Swiftness: You now gain action points 3% faster.
- Destroy the Maze Engine: requires 3. You can choose between:
- Displace Fate: When below 30% health you gain a shield increasing Damage Resistance by 60% for 3 seconds.
- Engine Inspiration: Your healing spells have a chance to heal allies around you for 20,000 Hit Points.
- Baphomet's Might: When striking a foe you have a chance to gain 2000 Critical Strike bonus for 6 seconds.
- Baleful Clutch: Grants 10% Increased Control Strength.
