Why is the Cult of the Dragon here? And in such numbers? What are those strange looking jars?

The Emerald Enclave has heard disturbing rumors concerning the Cult's recent activities. I can't but think this incursion into Rothé is tied in with the other Cult sightings.

Search the Cult's camp and any cultists you defeat for clues. We need to know why they are appearing so openly if we are going to combat them effectively.

Incredible! The Cult carted that mithral all the way from Icespire Peak so they could build those jars and store the dragon's lightning. What are they going to do with the lightning and why do they need yet more mithral for some sort of "construction project?"

I don't know what their end goal is, but there is no way the Cult would operate so openly and expend so many resources unless there was an enormous payoff for all of this. What I do know is that this proposed alliance with the Drow cannot be allowed to happen.

Recent developments in our current project indicate the final item we need lies in territory controlled by the Drow, the Whispering Caverns. We must cultivate a working relationship with them if we are to access this area without conflict.

Pursuant to that, I ask that you treat any Drow encountered in Rothé Valley with respect. Also, all escaped slaves captured by our forces are to be returned to the Drow slavers.
