Ranks

Rank I: Raise a column of holy fire that knocks target upwards, and then splashes down in a wider area.
Rank II: Damage +10%
Rank III: Damage +10%
Rank IV: Damage +10%

Only targets in the middle of the AoE (4' circle) get knocked upwards.
Targets in the middle of the AoE take damage in 2 parts, one for the column going upward, and the second on the splash down. Targets outside the center AoE only take damage once.
Targets outside the center AoE are knockbacked.
