Player Bonus Power: 10% chance, on damage taken, to reduce target's accuracy by 0.5%/1.5%/3%/5%/7.5% for 10 seconds.

A cultist who claims to have been a favourite of Aerisi Kalinoth and is now cast aside like a silly plaything. He seethes with jealousy and hurt deep inside and will do anything to take down Aerisi Kalinoth.
