The Death Slaad is a companion that can be obtained from 
[The Squire's Companion Pack] in the 
[Lockbox of the Nine] and can also be obtained randomly from any queue. It was originally obtained through a Zen promotion in 2015.

Enhancement Power: Chance on hit to reduce an enemy's accuracy by up to 7.5% for 15 seconds when your companion is near. The value of the buff depends on the item level of your summoned pet. Maximum 7.5%.
Player Bonus Power: +150/250/375/550/750 Combined Rating
10% chance to infect your target with a poison that does 30/50/75/110/150 magnitude damage and stacks up to 5 times. After the 5th stack, it explodes into a storm of poison damaging all enemies within a 15' radius.
