The Water Seeker's Wand is a consumable that can be bought from the Tarmalune Trade Bar Merchant. Using this wand makes all Heroic Encounters in Drowned Shore drop a Water Mote if you have the Weapons of Water Quest. It has 4 charges, and each charge lasts 30 minutes.
