Power Points are earned by leveling up, a Sharandar Item Award, or from overflow experience. A character can earn a maximum of 124 Power Points (71 from leveling and 53 from overflow experience).
In-game tip
You gain power points each time you level up. Use them to purchase new powers or buy higher ranks of existing powers.
