Mount Powers[edit | edit source]

Mount Powers are a feature introduced with the release of the [Eternal Flame Lockbox].

Epic and Legendary mounts have an Equip Power and Legendary mounts have a Combat Power. Mounts also have 2 or 3 insignia slots depending on rarity.

On the mount tab of your character sheet you can select which appearance, combat power, equip power, and movement you want to be active.

Summon your Mount Powers to unleash a torrent of spines from its barbed tail upon your foes, dealing damage in a cone, knocking them back and pinning them down for 1.5 seconds. Barbed Universal Univarsal
[Skeleton Steed] 140% Using a Daily Power grants 20% of your total Hit Points over 10 seconds. Your Skeletal Steed unieashes a trail of ink black smoke, withering foes in front of you for 6 seconds, Slowing them and dealing 1,398 Necrotic Damage every second. Illuminated Universal Universal
[Swift Golden Lion] 140% When you or a party member are struck by a foe, there is a chance they will be healed and you will gain a stack of Radiant Weapon. Summon your Celestial Lion to knock back nearby foes and grant nearby party members a Shield for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, affected party members gain up to 3 stacks of Radiant Weapon based on the amount shield remaining. Illuminated Universal Universal
[Tenser's Floating Disk] 140% +4,000 Recovery You are transformed into a virtual fighting machine, becoming stronger, tougher, faster, and more skilled in combat. For 12 seconds, you gain 10% Power and move 10% faster, and gain +2 Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, and Armor Class. Enlightened Universal Universal

Insignias[edit | edit source]

Insignias are a feature added in Module 9: The Maze Engine.

There are 6 different Insignia Slot shapes: Barbed, Crescent, Enlightened, Illuminated, Regal, and Universal. Any given Insignia slot can only be filled by an Insignia that matches that slot’s shape. So, Enlightened slots need Enlightened Insignias, and so forth. Universal Slots can hold an Insignia of any shape.

Each of the Insignia shapes come in a variety of types, such as Aggression, Courage, Dominance, Leeching, Mastery, Refuge, Skill, and Vigor.

Insignia Bonus powers work similarly to Set powers – you need to equip certain sets of items to activate a given Insignia Bonus power. However, unlike normal Item Sets, which are activated by equipping those items wherever they go on your character, Insignia Bonus powers are activated by equipping a set of Insignia on a single Mount. Insignia Bonus powers only activate if all slots are a filled on a given Mount. This means you can’t activate a two-slot Bonus power in a Mount with 3 slots.

Cavalry's Warning Crescent Barbed Enlightened Whenever you activate a Mount Combat Power, you gain an increase of 10% to your Power, Recovery, Armor Penetration, Critical Strike, Defense, Deflection, Regeneration, and Life Steal.
Champion's Return Illuminated Enlightened Enlightened Whenever you are reduced to 50% Hit Points, you instantly recover 20% of your Stamina and are healed for 20% of your maximum Hit Points over 10 seconds.

This effect can only occur once every 60 seconds.
Combatant's Maneuver Regal Regal Illuminated Whenever you control an enemy, you gain 5% Combat Advantage damage for 10 seconds.
Gladiator's Guile Regal Illuminated Enlightened When your Stamina is above 75%, you move 15% faster. When your Stamina is below 25%, you gain 15% of your Power as Stamina Gain
Magistrate's Patience Barbed Barbed Enlightened Whenever you perform a Critical Strike, your target will gain a stack of Magistrate's Consideration.

Enemies affected by Magistrate's Consideration take Psychic Damage equal to 10% of your power over 4 seconds.

Allies affected by Magistrates Consideration are healed for 3% of your maximum Hit Points over 4 seconds.
Oppressor's Reprieve Crescent Illuminated Illuminated Whenever you are Stunned, Knocked, or Immobilized, you are healed for 4% of your maximum Hit Points over 4 seconds.
Protector's Camaraderie Regal Regal Barbed Whenever your summoned Companion attacks, you gain 3% of your Power and Defense for 10 seconds. This effect can stack up to 4 times.
Shepherd's Devotion Regal Barbed Illuminated Whenever you use a Daily power, your teammates Defense, Deflection, and Movement are increased by 5% of your power for 10 seconds.
Slayer's Redemption Crescent Crescent Enlightened Whenever you kill a target, you are healed for 10% of your maximum Hit Points over 5 seconds.

Wanderer's Fortune Crescent Regal Illuminated You have a 4% chance after killing a foe to find a Refining Stone at your feet. After a few drops there is a one-day cooldown.
Warlord's Inspiration Regal Regal Enlightened Your summoned Companion does 20% more damage.

Barbarian's Delight Crescent Enlightened ----- Whenever you perform a Critical Strike you are healed for 0.5% of your maximum Hit Points.

This effect can only occur once every 2 seconds.
Champion's Struggle Illuminated Enlightened ----- Whenever you are reduced to 50% Hit Points, you instantly recover 10% of your Stamina and are healed for 10% of your maximum Hit Points over 10 seconds.

This effect can only occur once every 60 seconds.
Magistrate's Restraint Barbed Enlightened ----- Whenever you perform a Critical Strike, your target will gain a stack of Magistrate's Consideration.

Enemies affected by Magistrate's Consideration take Psychic Damage equal to 10% of your power over 4 seconds.
