I know one such hero who operates in this very city, and I have a message to convey to him. Unfortunately, it would likely be a death sentence for him to be seen speaking with me.
Fortunately this dilemma can be solved with the simple expedient of a coded message. Run this note over to the Driftwood Tavern and bury it beneath a pile of debris in the basement. My associate will find it there.
