Leadership is a profession where Mercenaries are managed to perform various tasks. The focus of this profession is on earning additional Gold, experience points, Astral Diamonds, consumable items. gems and resources for other professions.

Leadership is unusual in that it shares no resources with other professions. The resources used in leadership are: [Bill of Sale], [District Map], [Local Map], [Mark of Gratitude], [Mining Claim], [Porridge], [Refugee], [Region Map], and [Siege Engine].

[edit] Tasks

Where a task requires a Craftsman or Tools, higher rank or quality Craftsmen or Tools of the same type may be used instead.

There is a limit of 3 times per task before that task will disappear off of the list until at least 1 is finished. For example, 'Scout Area' could be taken 3 times only before the user temporarily loses access to it. This is true even if the task in progress is canceled.
