Armario Clavus is an NPC who can be found near the north-eastern entrance of Seven Suns Coster Market in Protector's Enclave. He is the Dungeon Chest Keymaster who sells Dungeon Chest Keys and also gives you a free Daily Dungeon Chest Key every day.
You must be level 19 or higher to get a daily dungeon chest key.

The first is via the Queue Tab on your Homepage (K). This will show you all available Dungeon queues. Click 'Join' and you will be added to a queue. Once a suitable team has been assembled, you will be prompted to join the team. Once all teammates have joined, your team will automatically be moved to the Dungeon.
Alternately you may enter a dungeon directly by clicking on a Dungeon Door located in an Adventure Zone. Clicking on a Dungeon Door will allow you to queue for that dungeon just as you would from your Queue Tab or you may choose to enter the dungeon directly with your current team. Dungeon Door locations are shown on Zone Maps (M).
Level 60 players can queue for Epic Dungeons on the Queue Tab of their Home Page (K). Each Epic Dungeon has a Gear Score requirement which must be met in order to queue for the Dungeon.
You can see the schedule of upcoming events on your Home Page (L).
Players may also use Dungeon Chest Keys to open Dungeon Chests when the Dungeon Delves Event is not running. Each character of Level 10 or higher can claim one free Dungeon Chest Key every day.
Dungeon Chest Keys are consumed by use.
You can view the times of upcoming Dungeon Delves Events on your Home Page (L).
You will be able to access the Dungeon Chest without a key if the Dungeon Delves Event is running at any point during your Dungeon run. You don't have to worry about the event expiring once you are in the Dungeon.
Once claimed the Daily Dungeon Chest Key will remain in your invetory until used to open a Dungeon Chest. The key is consumed on use.
A character may only have a single Daily Dungeon Chest Key at any given time. These keys are bound and may not be transferred to other players.
Standard Dungeon Chest Keys are stackable and players may carry as many as they have room for. Players can transfer Standard Dungeon Chest Keys to other players via a Trade Window. Note however that each key will allow access to a Standard Dungeon Chest for only ONE player. Each player will need their own key in order to access a Dungeon Chest.
Using a Standard Dungeon Chest Key will consume the key. If a player has both a Standard Dungeon Chest Key and a free Daily Dungeon Chest Key the free key will always be consumed first.
Epic Dungeon Chest Keys are stackable and players may carry as many as they have room for. Players can transfer Epic Dungeon Chest Keys to other players via a Trade Window. Note however that each key will allow access to an Epic Dungeon Chest for only ONE player. Each player will need their own key in order to access a Dungeon Chest.
